  1. Down here in the States (in Washington, anyway) you get one "second chance", wherein you have to keep your nose clean for 5 years and then the DUI will be expunged. With that level of BAC, you do have to use an interlock device on your car to drive, usually for 12 mos.
I know that Canada's laws are more stringent, so you can expect to pay a steep fine and have your driving privileges restricted, which is only fair.
Learn from your mistake and pay better attention in the future.
  2. I have 2 in oregon. I did a combined total of 30 days in jail, paid $5000 in fines, sat through 36 weeks of alcohol treatment and lost my license for 6 years. The majority of this was for my second though. Its one of the biggest pains in the *** you can go through. The best thing you could have done is not blow, get a good attorney and deal with it in court. At this point I would say go into court, cry and beg for leniency since you already ratted yourself out.
  3. You need to get a lawyer NOW.You blew pretty high so i doubt you can get a deferred judgment on this charge..It is a life changer and you need to deal with it and dont do it again..
  4. 1. Get a DUI lawyer
    2. Check your province's laws on DUI's/DWI's
    3. Look particuarly for first time offender rules

    Good luck.

  5. Here in the UK that is 4 times the legal limit. Here you would probably get your license taken away and fined, I can only presume its the same in Canada.
  6. I am afraid that it's your fault and you will have to live with the consequences. Just learn a lesson from it.
