My grandaughter was arrested for dwi and will be released in a month. She was released from her job after 6 yrs. She had an excellent job record. How can she start all over with this on
her record. I would appreciate any advise you can give me

If it was felony dd, then she’s screwed from ever working at a good place again due to background checks. Can she flip burgers?

  1. if the DWI was a felony the prospects for a high paying job are very minute.over the course of 40 years i had accumulated 4 dwi’s the last being 14 years ago.my license was revoke for 22 years and i have paid over 30,000 dollars in fines court costs and surcharges.i still cannot get a job with decent wages due to my stupidity.i will be 66yrs old by the time i can re-apply for my license.your granddaughter is in for a tuff ride and probably will drive anyway due to lack of mass-transit
