Drunk Driving killed innocent people accident or not?
Well i think we have all heard about the Angel’s Pitcher Nick Adenhart and his 2 friends who were killed by a drunk driver this past week…i just had a heated discussion or an argument i should say with my brother on this…I know drunk driving is never an accident becuz u know the consquences and everything that follows if you do it…the guy who drove into them got out of the car and ran away..he was caught 30 minutes later and later on family told police he was and achoholic and had a suspened license for a previous DUI..my brother says that this was an accident but i cant make myself believe that i mean a previous conviction of the same thing didnt seem to help this guy to read the whole story before you comment here is the link bascially wat im asking is what is your opionion on this accident or not and why/why not

The penalty for vehicular manslaughter, where the driver was legally intoxicated, should be life without parole.
I would agree with HQ re execution (it would not be unreasonable).
In Texas (and just about everywhere in the US that ISN'T California), he would get life without parole.
